LEGALIZATION OF DOCUMENTS INTENDED FOR USE IN BULGARIA

• 20,50-30,70 € / 40–60 BGN. /per document* + notary fees
  
  * depending on language, certification period, and number of documents

NOTES:

• Normal translation - 5 pages per day for 3 working days;

• Urgent translation – over 5 pages in the frames of 24 hours;

• Express translation – in the frames of the working day;

• Basic languages - English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian;

• Other European languages: Greek, Turkish, Czech, Slovak, Slovenian, Croatian, Polish, Serbian, Macedonian, Romanian, Portuguese, Ukranian;

• Rare languages – Arabian, Hungarian, Dutch, Flemish, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, etc.;

• “Exotic” languages - , Japanese, Hebrew, Chinese, Vietnamese, Finnish, etc.;
  The price of the translation is determined on the grounds of a standard translator’s page of 1800 characters with intervals (30 rows/60 characters per row) from the translated texts, counted with Word Count.

• The prices are valid for 1 translation page to the respective language (excl. part of the rare and “exotic” languages). They can vary according to the specificity and complexity of the text (technical, medical, legal and other terminology, which needs consultations), as well as working out and filling in tables, from 30 to 50% according to each particular case. This is specified at site depending on the concrete material.

*In case of huge quantity or reiteration of the submitted texts for translation the prices can be further negotiated.

• States fees without legal aid – most of the European countries, USA, Canada, Turkey, etc.
• States fees with legal aid (foe those only the translation is certified and the respective fee is 50% low) – France, Austria, Russia, former socialist states, excluding Lithuania,  Latvia and Estonia, Cyprus and Greece

The payments are processes through ePay.bg - the Internet system for payments with bank cards and micro accounts

When a document is translated and legalized the final price is a sum of the three components.

Example for translation and legalization of Birth Certificate:

• Translation of Birth Certificate  -12,78€/25 BGN /normal service/
• Legalization of Birth Certificat  - 15,50€ / 30 BGN.
• State fee - 15,50€ / 30 BGN.

Total: 43,78€/85 BGN. without VAT
